Our teams operate between 8am and 5pm. We can't give more accurate ETA's as our teams work in the field and small delays and traffic could affect our arrival time.
This all depends on the access to where the scaffold is going. If it's at the front of the property and the access is clear then you don't need to wait in. If it's at the rear of the property and you can leave the gate open or unbolted then, again, you don't need to wait in for the team. If the access is restricted or we need to come through your house then you will need to wait in to grant the team access. If you're popping out you can always let us know by chatting with us here.
One of our local teams will be attending. This prevents lorries having to drive up and down the country and the environmental impact that goes with it. We manage their projects and all job details so we'll be your one stop shop for any queries. If you're ever unsure if the right team is there you can chat with us or call us.
Any additional access details you need to give us you can send directly to us and we'll liaise with the team attending. This way we can get the right information to the right people
If you've got any concerns you can always chat with us here or call us. We have dedicated teams in place to handle any potential issues and should a damage occur we've got a set procedure to handle any claims.
We work directly with your service/installation provider and they'll instruct us if we need to cancel the dismantle for any reason. When this happens we'll send you a text message. From there it's best to get in touch with your service/installation provider as they can advise when the scaffold dismantle will now be scheduled for.
We’re instructed by your service/installation provider and they’ll inform us of how long they need the scaffolding for. We should have already sent you a text as to when the scaffold is going to be erected and if we’ve got a planned dismantle date this will be there as well. Always consult with your service/installation provider for more information about how long the scaffold will remain in situ.
At times when a scaffold is in place this can block/interfere with the satellite signal are your property. Once the scaffold is removed the signal will be restored and if it isn’t you can always raise a claim with our Damages Team. If you need your signal restored whilst the scaffold is in situ we can contact your service/installation partner and organize for satellite dish to be moved to the scaffold and returned to the wall prior to dismantle. Please note this service may be chargeable depending on the agreement you have with your service/installation partner.
